Reporter Viv Powers confronts the challenge of her life when her love, Charley, is accused of murder and will do nothing to defend himself -- not even declare his innocence to her. About the Author
Letha Albright has worked in newspapers, in a sawmill and as a wilderness guide. Since 1989, she has been the editor of SCHOOL & COMMUNITY, a magazine for Missouri teachers. She earned an undergraduate degree in psychology in Oklahoma and a master's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri. Albright lives in Columbia MO with her husband, two children and a cat. In her free time, she climbs rocks and hikes. Albright lived in Cherokee County, Oklahoma, the setting for her novel, for a number of years.

Albright joined forces with three other mystery writers and, as the DEADLY DIVAS have toured through Texas and California.

Notes of Note:

Tulsa Time keeps readers guessing until the very end.... (and is) far more compelling than any Grisham novel.  Maybe it will be the start of something big for a talented mid- Missouri novelist. Steve Weinberg, St. Louis Post Dispatch

".. Albright should be labeled an "up-and-comer"..."

As part of the DEADLY DIVAS, Albright appears on a Texas TV Talk Show.... And more Notes:

TULSA TIME pulses to an authentic rhythm.  A wary heroine, a complex mystery and Letha Albright's stunning use of imagery make this Oklahoma story of old lies and murder a must-read for every mystery fan !

C. J. Songer, author of BAIT and HOOK

From left: Host Tanji Patton, Divas Susan McBride (AND THEN SHE WAS GONE), Letha Albright (TULSA TIME), Sherri L. Board (ANGELS OF ANGUISH) and Denise Swanson (MURDER OF A SMALL-TOWN HONEY). Watch for Letha at upcoming conferences across the US!
